The villa is located in a privileged position, in the first row and a few meters from the sea and bars, restaurants and shops. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys an enchanting sea view and is on two levels and can accommodate up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The entrance surrounded by flowers has a private parking for two cars. Outside the main floor a large covered terrace with a dining table and a magnificent view offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Costa Paradiso from early morning until sunset. From here a stairway facing the sea leads to the large solarium located on the lower floor which leads to a path that leads to the sea in a few minutes.
Inside the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a large, finely furnished living room, which overlooks an internal patio and the magnificent covered terrace with a 180 degree view of the sea. On the same floor is the sleeping area, which consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with a third bathroom. The ground floor has a large living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
